1. save `input.xlsx` in Excel to `input.csv` (add new column with random column name to first row)
   1. Remove last blank line from `input.csv`
2. download from db in csv form: `clients_music`
3. Update IDs (+1) of clients and clients_music
4. Add the agency to the `AGENCIES` table (ID 4)
