# New Agency Steps

Prepared under [#1088](https://github.com/elliemartin/paradigm/issues/1088)

## Need before build

Gavin needs these items to build into the code.

1. Agency logo
2. Proper name of new agency (to be displayed)
3. Map image for each location for public website (example: https://www.paradigmagency.com/img/maps/map-austin.jpg)

## Prep Steps

After build happens, these can be done.


1. Create entry in "Agencies" table (ID: 4). Fill in `deleted_at` column.
2. Create music artists
3. Pre-create/plan the HTML that will go into the `configs` table for the `our-offices` but do not set it (see step #2 below)
4. Pre-create/plan the exact wording for each entry in the `LOCATIONS` table (see #3 below). 
5. Pre-create/plan the HTML that will go in `PAGE_CONTENT` table for `affiliates` (see step #4 below)

## Go-Live Steps

1. Set the `deleted_at` column to `null` in the agency row (`agencies` table)
2. Our offices - go to database, `configs` table, add new section in the HTML  (see above for pre-prepared)
3. `LOCATIONS` table - add new location(s) (see above for pre-prepared)
4. `PAGE_CONTENT` table - update `affiliates` row HTML with additional HTML (see above for pre-prepared)
5. Set the `deleted_at` column to `null` for all Echo users (`users` table)
6. Enter "Reports To"  field for all Echo users (via UI)
7. Set the `deleted_at` column to `null` for all Echo music clients (`clinets_music` table)
8. Remove "Inactive Date" and inactive agency for all clients formerly on the Paradigm/Paradigm UK/X-ray roster that are currently on the Echo roster (via UI)
9. Update configs to include obi@echolocationtalent.com on A&R emails
