For Chartmetric build on 2020-10:
1. Copy over SocialMediaStatsUpdate.php
2. Import chartmetric IDs with `2019-12-09-Chartmetric-For-Import.sql`


3. Switch prod to new ubuntu (turn off mod sec)
4. Run `php artisan onetime:MoveTalentNetwork`
5. Update certificate for DB: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonRDS/latest/UserGuide/UsingWithRDS.SSL-certificate-rotation.html#UsingWithRDS.SSL-certificate-rotation-updating
6. Update Intranet machines to Ubuntu 18(?)
7. Intranet:
   1. `npm install -g npm`
   2. `npm install`
   3. `composer install`
8. API:
   1. `npm install -g npm`
   2. `npm install`
   3. `composer install`  
   4. `service apache2 restart`
9. Update Prod Analysis DB security group allow inbound connection to new intranet machine
10. In database, go to `PAGE_CONTENT` table, `brand-partnerships` entry, all links that have `_blank` add `rel="noreferrer"`
