1. run update_schema.sql
2. import `homepage-links.csv` and `homepage_links_types.csv`
2. Upgrade DB in RDS to 5.7.17. See https://github.com/bobasic/paradigm/issues/374
3. Create load balancer
4. Create 2 ec2 machines, setup intranet on them, configure them (.env file), then refer to them in the load balancer.
5. Setup a route53 path for intranet.paradigmagency.com pointing to the load balancer
6. Update the AWS Lambda resize function to work on subfolders instead of just the top folder (This means creating about 24 rules) and NOT against the BOOKS folder since we have that setup already. (https://github.com/bobasic/paradigm/issues/357).

7. Update to Laravel 5.5 -
