Foreigner's music resonates across generations thanks to album sales of over 70 million and 14 Top 20 hits including "I Want to Know What Love Is," "Waiting For A Girl Like You," "Double Vision," "Hot Blooded," and "Feels Like the First Time." Foreigner is consistently Top Fifteen in volume of airplay in the Classic Rock Radio format. Last year Foreigner surpassed U2, Tom Petty, Journey, Bruce Springsteen and Fleetwood Mac in airplay. Their latest single "When It Comes to Love" has already reached the top of the Adult Contemporary chart, and their new album Can't Slow Down shows the promising future of this legendary band. Mick Jones, the band's founder and legendary songwriter/guitarist, produced the new album with Marti Frederiksen (Aerosmith and Buckcherry). It is the first full-length album to feature Foreigner's revamped lineup: Jones, singer Kelly Hansen, bassist Jeff Pilson, guitarist Tom Gimbel, keyboardist Michael Bluestein, and drummer Brian Tichy. Can't Slow Down is about fresh starts, Jones says. "For the band, it was a chance to step out from the shadow of the past and establish its own identity. Personally, the album helped me reclaim my confidence as an artist and rediscover the fun of making music again."
