Iliza Shlesinger - A biography
ILIZA SHLESINGER
Iliza hails from Dallas, TX where she performed with Comedy Sportz Dallas before moving to Boston where she attended Emerson College. In Boston, she was a member of the comedy troupe Jimmy's Traveling All Stars. Iliza currently lives in Los Angeles and can currently be seen competing on NBC’s Last Comic Standing Season 6. In 2007, Iliza won Myspace’s "So You Think You're Funny" contest and has been featured as the G4 Network’s Myspace Girl of the Week. Her television credits include E! Network's Forbes Celebrity 100, TV Guide’s America’s Next Top Producer, and Byron Allen’s Comics Unleashed. Iliza has written for Heavy.com and is currently a host/writer for GOTV. Her stand up comedy resume includes performing in various cities in Asia for the Armed Forces Entertainment, The Las Vegas House Of Blues, The Comedy Store, New York Comedy Club, various Improvs, and the Friar’s Club of Beverly Hills.
