Paradigm recruits highly motivated and qualified individuals for its agent trainee program. In addition to being organized and efficient, candidates should possess a strong understanding and interest in the entertainment industry.

Candidates will be expected to work in a fast-paced, highly competitive and demanding environment where they will support Paradigm divisions such as Motion Picture, Television, Music, Comedy Independent Film Financing and New Media among others.

Once selected into the program, agent trainees will cover projects in all areas of the agency's business. Trainees work closely with each division, which in turn helps them to gain a solid understanding and diverse education as they prepare for the transition to agent.

Paradigm's agent trainees are expected to actively mine for opportunities on behalf of current and future clients, while also developing original ideas, pitches and angles that will benefit the agency.
